Using ServiceBridge

Below is a walkthrough of features available on ServiceBridge application for iOS and Android device.

Getting Started

 
Pin Authentication

1. Enter Your PIN.

Enter the PIN using the keypad and tap sign in.

Daily Summary

2. Dashboard

The dashboard displays scheduled jobs and tasks that are due today, have been completed today, or have been suspended. Total jobs displays jobs that are scheduled 7 days forward from the current date.

The little circular arrow on the bottom left corner allows you to manually synchronize the app with your ServiceCEO database.

The X in the bottom right corner signs out your of the application.

3. Job List View

Tapping the active jobs row will take you to the list of all active jobs for the day.

Tap again on the specific job you would like to view to see the details of the job.

4. Job View: General Tab.

The "Arrive" button clicked changes the substatus of the job to InProgress. This lets the dispatch know that a job is being worked on at this time. It also starts a timer which records the time on location for the technician.

Clicking on "Close" will log the time spent on job and change the job substatus to Completed in ServiceCEO. The customer information block displays customer information and the ability to map the location on Google maps.

Tapping the phone number on record will automatically dial the number. The summary of the job is displayed below the customer information. Clicking suspend will put the job in a Suspended substatus. This is useful when a job cannot be completed (such as customer not being home, etc.)

5. Job View: Details Tab.

The job details displays the products and services on the job. The blue plus sign will allow the technician to add a product or service to the job.

The "Collect Payment" button allows the technician to view existing payment records on the customer and collect additional money in the form of cash, check, or credit card. The collected funds are stored on the customer level in Service CEO.

 

Adding a Product or Service

6. Add Product or Service.

Tap the blue plus sign to add a product or a service. Select what you would like to add on this screen.

Refresh Data button clicked will refresh the list products/services with your ServiceCEO database.

Search for Product

7. Search for Product.

Start typing the name of the service or product or the product part number and the results will be automatically suggested.

The ServiceBridge app pulls the products/services by looking for at least 3 entered characters.

Specify Quantity

8. Specify Quantity.

Specify the quantity of the product or service and tap "Save".

You can also modify the price for the product if this option is enabled for your device. These options are managed by you via www.servicebridge.com account.

 
 

Collect Payment

9. Collect Payment.

Review existing records of payment for the customer. Tapping one of the three buttons at the top will allow you to collect payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card.

Enter the amount you are collecting and any additional information that the payment type may require.

 

Notes

 
View Notes

11. View Notes.

Tap on the Notes tab to view “Public” or “Private” notes.

Edit Notes

12. Edit Notes.

Tap on the notes area to edit notes. When you are done editing the notes, tap the save button to commit the changes. Tapping the buttons at the top of the screen allows you to switch between private and public notes on the job.

 

Pictures & Signatures

13. Job View: Pics.

ServiceBridge allows you to take pictures before and after photos of the job. The captured photos and signatures will be available for review and download via your www.servicebridge portal. Note: Captured pictures can be embedded over to generated Work Order PDF. Please contact us for more details.

Tap on the signature tab and capture the signature using the touchscreen. The captured signature will be available via your www.servicebridge.com portal and will be embedded on the generated Work Order receipt that can be send to the customer. Note: Sending Work Orders is optional feature controlled by You via www.servicebridge.com account.

15. Send Work Order.

To send the Work Order with job details to the customer click “Close” for the completed job. The ServiceBridge app will show you Payment Reminder – if the payment was not collected and Signature Reminder if the signature was not captured.

Tap on the signature tab and capture the signature using the touchscreen. The captured signature will be available via your www.servicebridge.com portal and will be embedded on the generated Work Order receipt that can be send to the customer. Note: Sending Work Orders is optional feature controlled by You via www.servicebridge.com account.
