We're getting ready to roll out some updates to the mobile app to make the experience simpler and more efficient for field technicians. Here are the first of many updates that are planned to be released shortly.
After users login to the app, the first screen they see is the dashboard. We will be introducing fewer list options to remove the time it takes to make a decision about which list to choose. We've also moved the customer list in the iOS app higher on the screen to match the Android experience. Here's a preview:
While we've reduced the number of job lists, we've improved the filters so you can still view all the different permutations of jobs based on job status and job date range. Also, you'll now be able to know when and how many filters are applied. Here's a preview:
