One of the top feedback requests we’ve received is to expand the support we provide our customers. To address this, we are increasing support channels and methods.
Live System Status – We’ve introduced status.servicebridge.com to provide real-time updates on any issues with the ServiceBridge system.
In-App Announcements – ServiceBridge will be introducing in-application announcements for new features, product changes, and bug fixes. When you log in to ServiceBridge, you will be automatically informed about new changes, reducing confusion and providing transparency.
In-App How-To Guides – We’ll be introducing in-application, interactive guides so that new and existing users can learn the ins and outs of ServiceBridge faster and more comprehensively without having to refer to a user manual.
In-App Live Chat – Our support team is investigating introducing live online chat support during business hours, enabling us to resolve or escalate issues faster without waiting for a reply to a support email.

Improved QBO sync error handling & messaging so that users can better troubleshoot issues with QBO themselves
Improved QBO sync for Taxes so that it's faster to get the correct tax rates
Login with email to Mobile App so that users don't have to deal with pins and device identifiers
Improved navigation in Mobile App so field techs are more efficient
Improved job syncing from Mobile to Office so that field techs know when the home office has the latest and greatest information from the field
Improved new company creation and default settings so that it is easier to manage franchises
Improved job duration tracking so that it is possible to do job costing & man-hour reporting
Improved intake process so that it's faster to create new jobs and/or customers
Improved geo-tracking with route management so that it is faster & easier to create daily schedules now and into the future
Improved tables so that users can export visible rows and only see the columns that are relevant to your business
Improved calendar with reduced filter count, more intuitive interactions, and more information to make it easier to manage the schedule
Improved customer notifications so that users can create and send sms & email notification for job visits

We strongly recommend every business use the Chrome browser for speed, security, and minimal issues. We are currently investing heavily into testing automation so that we release new features without bugs. We are fixing dozens of issues everything from syncing to server from mobile app, to customer merge, to Edge & Safari browser issues and many more.
