Common Questions

What Happens At The Trial End?

We will email you before your trial expires and remind you to subscribe to a paid service to continue use ServiceBridge. If you decide not to start paying at the end of your 30-day trial, your account will expire.

What is Considered a User?

Users are your organization's employees and contractors who will access ServiceBridge web and/or mobile platform. You will not have to pay for personnel members who do not require access to the system.

Can I Add Users At Anytime?

Yes, you can add additional users or suspend access rights to existing users at any time.

How Does The 30-Day Trial Work?

After you signup for a trial, we will contact you within 24 hours to assist with account setup and get the trial started. We will schedule a time for initial orientation to present available features and answer any questions.

You will then have access to all ServiceBridge features for 30 days. We don't require a credit card during the trial, so you can try ServiceBridge obligation-free.
