ServiceBridge is a team of technology professionals focused on providing franchise field service businesses with the tools they need to scale their network and execute at every level – from franchise headquarters to field technician. Coming from diverse backgrounds, our team works together every day to create tools that empower field service teams by helping them dispatch technicians, delight customers, and analyze their results.
How We Do It
ServiceBridge launched in 2008 as a mobile application allowing field workers to access records at their local office. We’ve evolved quite a bit from those simple beginnings – in 2014, launching a full cloud-based solution for service businesses.
Today, we offer a unique set of tools for field service franchises – combining a robust field service management platform with full franchisor functionality including company-wide reporting, automated royalty reporting, team communication and more. We are dedicated to continuous improvement, introducing new features every two weeks with a dedicated development staff providing custom solutions that fit the needs of every business.
